Shipping Destinations

Vélunne currently ships exclusively to customers located in the United States.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries. We may expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or French public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • United States: 8–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, transportation issues, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before your payment is completed.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Vélunne has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Vélunne cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the package and its contents immediately.

Split Shipments

In some cases, multiple items from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, when available.
