Vélunne – Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date their order is delivered.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Not have been opened, used, damaged, or altered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned, unless required by applicable law.

Our team will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package can be monitored during transit.


5. Inspection

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to verify that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

Vélunne reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not comply with these requirements.


6. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10–20 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Whenever possible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, an equivalent refund method may be used.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law:

  • Opened products.

  • Used products.

  • Damaged products.

  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
